WARRANTY VARIATION - BRANDS
Within the brands that Solid brings to Brazil, there are 3 types of Warranty Operation, which varies from Brand to Brand. Are they:
1 - Direct Guarantee with Solid in Brazil
Applicable Brands: Lian Li
Warranty activation process: Consumers should contact Solid via E-Mail suporte@solidpower.com.br , respecting the warranty terms for each product, respecting the terms stipulated on our official websites, and attaching with the contact the purchase invoice of the product and a brief explanation of the Defect found so that our team can continue the service.
Service Term: Around 4 Business days (Maximum Term)
2 - Direct Warranty with the Dealer
Applicable Brands : Redragon, Redragon Auto Care, Lian Li, Akko, Monsgeek, XP-PEN, Scythe, OnePower, T-Dagger, KWG, Gamdias, Creative, Divoom, Biostar, Nanoleaf, Thermal Grizzly
Warranty activation process: The consumer must contact us via email.
Please contact suporte@redragon.com.br (Redragon only) or suporte@solidpower.com.br (Other brands), attaching the product's purchase invoice and a brief explanation of the defect so that our team can proceed with the service.
After you make contact, our team will provide support for your case and check with the retailer whether a product exchange is necessary.
If the need for a replacement is confirmed, Solid will generate a Warranty Authentication Code (SLD). This code indicates that Solid confirms the problem requires a product replacement and authorizes the exchange of the defective product for the customer.
Response Time: Approximately 5 Business Days (Maximum Timeframe)
For the Seller: The Warranty Authentication Code contains all the necessary information for Solid regarding the service, and is the only information required when we receive the item. We suggest that you include the code provided by the customer with the product on a Post-it note or a piece of paper when returning it to us.
If the consumer already has the Warranty Authentication Code , this indicates that the exchange authorization is valid under any circumstances, even if the product does not have its box or additional internal items.
After the service and exchange with the customer, the reseller simply needs to contact us via email.

3- Direct Warranty with International Brand Support
Applicable Brands: Deepcool, NZXT, Xanova
Warranty activation process: Due to the centralization of the Support service of these brands, the Consumer must contact the International Directory of the brand through the links of their official websites. It is suggested that contact with the International division be made in English (even if using an Online Translator).
